Each badge is printed individually in PETG and includes a built-in lanyard slot.

The main badge body is always black, with the name and optional free text printed in white.

You choose the accent color used for the callsign, border, speaker grille, and radio details:

Because this is a 3D printed product, minor variations in surface texture and layer lines are normal. That's part of the process, and frankly part of the charm.
